Qi Gong

Qi Gong could be translated as ‘exploring your energy’ or ‘energy exercise’.  It stems from traditional Chinese Medicine and it is said that there are 3,000 exercises. You have standing Qi Gong, moving Qi Gong and, you can say, meditation is a form of Qi Gong. In Qi Gong is learned to move the body in a natural way. When the body creates space in combination with a relaxed posture a free flow of vital energy (Chi) emerges in the body. It opens the meridians and nourishes the muscles, tendons and joints. By regular practice the self healing powers are activated and regenerates the body. It relaxes, calms the mind and brings the connection of body and mind back in balance. In a class we practice Chi-self massage and some moving Qi Gong exercises, afterwards you will feel fresh, fit and energetic. The movements of Qi Gong are fluent and continuously flow into one another.
