Meditation, also called a practice of being in the moment. There are many forms, techniques, theories and philosophies on how you can meditate, but the common factor is always the same: breathing. In this meditation the body is the way to relax our mind, and create clear thought. It is a guided meditation where we focus and concentrate on the somatic (bodily) perception. From there we come to the breathing and and do a Yin-breathing meditation. In meditation combining the Yi (will power, intention, focus) and the Chi (energy). Mind and body relax and be nourished by the breath.
